  1. I am going through a nasty bad knee experience right now. Knee replacement surgery is probably a month away. Until than the first hour of my day is hell in a nutshell.

    My entire day could easily be offset by that but I push it away and focus on the finer things in life. A great wife. A great life. Two beautiful daughters. My damn knee will not take over my day.

    I’ve always believed that the first few moments of your day are the most important. Focus on the good even if you believe there is none. Good is there you just have to find it. Smile. Be kind and make someone laugh.
